4月19日午前、ハーブブリッジ主催のAAES2023ナチュラルヘルス製品産業カンファレンスとAAES2023ナチュラルヘルス製品展示会が深セン屏山燕子湖国際会議展示センターで正式に開催された。

L&P は、エンバクβ-グルカン、ホスファチジルセリン、耐性デキストリンなどの健康管理ソリューションを展示会に出展し、多くの参加者の注目を集めました。ホスファチジルセリン PS+ テーマのイノベーション ロードショーは、このカンファレンスの注目の的となりました。

01 製品ソリューション

・オーツ麦βグルカンは水溶性食物繊維の一種です。米国の FDA と EFSA は両方ともオート麦 β-グルカンの健康効果を検討し、その有益な生理学的機能を認めています。2014年、中国はL&Pが申請したオーツ麦β-グルカンを、さまざまな食品に使用される新規食品原料として承認した。オーツ麦βグルカンは、その的確な健康効果から国内外の市場で栄養補助食品や食品に幅広く使用されており、主に機能性食品として消費者に選ばれています。

-Phosphatidylserine, an important component of brain nerve cells, is a popular raw material for brain health. Globally, the PS market is mainly concentrated in North America, Europe, Japan and other countries and regions, and it is mainly used in dietary supplements abroad. As one of the few big picture fillers, PS has been shown to be safe and effective for people of all ages, from children to the elderly. It has shown potential to benefit a wide range of conditions, including stress and memory-related problems, attention disorders, age-related cognitive decline and even dementia.

-Resistant dextrin (also known as indigestible dextrin) is a low calorie and high fiber food raw material processed from natural starch. Resistant dextrin contains α, beta-1,2 and α, beta-1,3 bonds, as well as intramolecular dehydrated polyglycoses and β-1, 6 glycosides at partial reducing ends. These bonds cannot or are very difficult to be broken down by α-amylase and glycosylase. Therefore, it is not absorbed by the small intestine in the digestive tract, but directly enters the large intestine and is used by some intestinal bacteria. It can play various physiological functions as dietary fiber, including prebiotics, lowering glycemic index, improving lipid metabolism and promoting mineral absorption.
